Starters

Pan fried tiger prawns with a rich garlic and ginger reduction on a bed of basil and micro dill salad (CR,G)

Succulent smoked duck on a bed of flaked almond salad accompanied by an orange and balsamic glaze (N,G)

(V) Rich ricotta cheese, roasted red cherry tomato and basil golden filo parcels along side a rocket and pesto salad (G,N)

 

 

Main Course

Tender local fillet steak with traditional dauphinoise potatoes and a luxurious wild mushroom and beef jus (G,M)

Chicken breast stuffed with smoked cheese tenderly wrapped in spinach and pancetta on a bed of crushed new potatoes drizzled with a rich creamy white wine sauce (G,M)

Pan fried local Cornish lamb steak served with creamy mashed potato with a hint of rosemary and a sticky redcurrant reduction (G,M)

(V) Creamy spinach and mushroom tagliatelle topped with a parmesan tuile (G,M,N)

All served with seasonal fresh local vegetables
