Cornish lamb cutlets with minted pea puree, lyonnaise potato’s and a redcurrant and lamb reduction

Pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta, dauphinoise potato’s and a creamy mushroom sauce

Herb crusted cod fillet on a bed of crushed new potato’s caper and olive butter and salsa Verdi

Onion, mushroom, cherry tomato, almond tarte tatin, roasted hasselback potatos balsamic glaze
