Homemade peppered pork – tender pork pieces in a rich au poivre sauce with sliced onions and peppers

Homemade Whitehouse chicken – chicken breast topped with bacon and cheese in a creamy local Rattler cider sauce

V Mushroom and garlic crib – sliced mushrooms, onions and garlic in a creamy sauce finished with coriander and served in a puff pastry crib
